REFUND POLICY

Commitment to satisfaction and transparency.

  • Services and Support: All completed consulting, technical support and labor services are non-refundable.

  • Computer Equipment: A refund is possible for defective or unused equipment within 10 days of purchase.

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and with the invoice.

    • A recirculation fee applies to all returns of equipment.

  • Exclusions: Software, activated licenses and special orders are not eligible for refund.
