Services: We provide IT support, network management, and maintenance. Interventions are carried out to the best of our technical capabilities.

Payment terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our invoices are payable within 30 days. Any late payment may result in interest charges or suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability: Solution Informatique Alpha liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the service in question. We are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages.

Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on labor only. This warranty does not cover parts or problems caused by misuse or third-party intervention after our visit.

Applicable Laws: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
